Being a church that met in a middle school gym for 5 years, we had a vision of what we wanted to be when we built our own facility. Our vision was to create a space that would be used for not only church activities, but also for events for our community.

The Village Church is located at 7224 Old Burkitt Road, right off of Nolensville Road. We sit on a hill with amazing views and natural landscape. We have a few different room options to help accommodate any event or meeting space needed.

We are excited to share our space with our community, and we look forward to helping make your event a success!

Flex Space 1

  • This is a classroom style room. It is 814 sq.ft. There are TVs available and an opportunity for audio and visual in this space. It has tables with metal chairs that are available. All furniture can be removed.

    Size - 814 sq.ft.
    Minimum Rental - 2 hours
    Community Fee - $20/hour
    Corporate Fee - $40/hour

Flex Space 2

  • This is a classroom style room that is 1,092 sq.ft. There is a TV and availability for audio and visual. There are small tables with floor chairs. All furniture can be removed.

    Size - 1092 sq.ft.
    Minimum Rental - 2 hours
    Community Fee - $25/hour
    Corporate Fee - $45/hour

Lobby

  • The Lobby is a wide open space that is 7,565 sq.ft. It is in a backwards L shape and lined with 6 ft. tall windows. The Lobby is also host to many different seating arrangements, including bistro tables and chairs, banquette seating with tables, living rooms sets and separate chairs options.

    Size - 7565 sq.ft.
    Minimum Rental - 3 hours
    Community Fee - $35/hour
    Corporate Fee - $75/hour

Community Room

  • The Community Room is a large (460 sq.ft.) meeting room. There are 8 moveable/adjustable tables with 20 chairs. There are two white boards one either side of the television is the center of the room. Depending on your technology, the television has capabilities to plug and play from your computer. There is also a bank of cabinets with a counter top.

    Minimum Rental - 2 hours
    Community Fee - $15/hour
    Corporate Fee - $25/hour

Kitchen

  • The Kitchen is 227 sq.ft. and equipped with two ovens and stove tops, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and ice machine. We use the kitchen as host to our Cafe Team on Sunday mornings, so it is also equipped with 3 line in coffee machines. While it is a smaller space, there is a lot cooking that can be done.

    Minimum Rental - 2 hours
    Community Fee - $15/hour
    Corporate Fee - $25/hour

Worship Space

  • The Worship Space is the center of the facility. It is a beautiful space with massive windows that overlook the nature that surrounds the property. It is 4,829 sq.ft and can sit up to 500 chairs. All furniture can be removed. There is an elevated stage with two sets of stairs on each side. There is a ramp that give you access to the stage from back stage. Audio and visual are available in this space.

    Minimum Rental - 3 hours
    Community Fee - $50/hour
    Corporate Fee - $100/hour

Flex Room 1&2

  • There is a flex wall between the VK Flex 1 and VK Flex 2, once it is folded and put away, it becomes a 1,906 sq.ft. Space. It is a large space with 2 TV’s on the wall. Audio and Visual are available in this space. All furniture can be removed.

    Minimum Rental - 3 hours
    Community Fee - $30/hour
    Corporate Fee - $50/hour

Village Kids Lobby

  • This is an open space that is 580 sq.ft. There are glass doors and windows open to the main lobby. In the space there are two chairs and one side table. No audio or visual available. All furniture can be removed.

    Minimum Rental - 2 hours
    Community Fee - $15/hour
    Corporate Fee - $25/hour

Chaperone Fee - $20 per hour, 3 hour minimum

AVL Fee - $25 per hour, 3 hour minimum

Cleaning Fee (Optional) - $200

The Village Church is just around the corner from your attendees! Our church is conveniently located near Lenox Village, Nolensville, Smyrna, Cane Ridge, Brentwood, and South Nashville.
